Shipping and Return

Please Note: COVID-19 have affected processing and shipping time. Please be mindful that shipping deliveries can be delayed.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-4 business days for delivery.

All orders are shipped via USPS and USPS express (Next Day). The shipping rate for the contiguous U.S. states are $10 and  (Next Day $30). There is no additional surcharge per item. Orders Worldwide are charged a flat rate $30 fee for USPS priority shipping and (Next Day $60). There is an additional $5 surcharge per item.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Custom items are made especially for you. Because of this we cannot accept Any returns, refunds or exchanges. However, We will refund or replace your item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us proof of our error.
